Spain not starting with a proper forward today. Itstl.

Last team I remember playing without a striker was Norway at Wembley in 95, suspect Spain may take a slightly different approach

A much brighter start to this game than I was expecting.

Yea. Have Diablo 3 on standby. Would quite like an early goal to ensure the game doesn't become tedious.

Scotland did it in qualifying. The old 4-6-0 formation.

Hmm the guy who peels off the wall and tries to block the keeper's view - they should aim to have him flick the ball towards the other corner. Would completely stuff the keeper. Even if he tries and misses it might stuff the keeper.

Reckon Spain would've benefited by having Torres/Negredo out there instead of Cesc/Silva.

So close! What a save from Iker.

Pretty entertaining first half. Italy had some great chances.

BoyBrumby 10-06-2012 11:10 AM

Buffon seems to be slowly mutating into Christopher Lee, as if proof of the Italians' evil were needed.

& lol Balotelli. Selfish prick.
