***Official*** Road to Euro 2012

We don't have one of these yet, do we?

Bricking it watching Ireland in Armenia here. Just taken the lead with fifteen minutes left.

Hurting my neck watching this, to be honest. Genuinely crap goal coming out of nothing whatsoever and aided by non-existent and half-arsed marking - but Armenia offering precisely nothing beyond aimless crosses and desperate shies from distance. Finally starting to take some risks going forward now, so a bit of late drama due

Sadly England are on ITV tonight so we have to listen to Andy Townsend.

Absolutely. That was obscenely painful. Job done, though. Should really be qualifying from this group.

Scotland in Vilnius - Romania host Albania. Could be a good start.

Hate International qualifying from an England point of view. No doubt will consist of a few scrappy away wins against the bigger sides in the group, the steam rollering of the smaller ones, a lot of moaning about Capello, and all of it culminating in the inevitable "this is the best side since 1966". Will keep a keen eye on Scotland though, their progress (or lack thereof) usually makes for entertaining viewing.

I'm kinda hoping Wales get a distant second to England and then get through the play-offs.

Scotland are there for comedy value.

Ireland for narrow heartbreaking failure value.

Mind I can't help laughing at Wales going 1-0 down. Oh well.

Rubbish team and formation for England. No Adam Johnson. WTF does Capello have against him? Also you may as just send a memo to Bulgaria saying psst attack down our right, there'll be no ****er there most of the night.

Only non-enforced change from Jerry is Hart.

Hmm. Back to the future.

Interesting the two enforced changes are chaps who didn't make the flight tho.

Getting booted off the park.

Nice to see Darren Fletcher's useless doppleganger has shown up again. How the **** does he start most weeks for Manchester United?

Estonia leading Italy.

Admittedly by an Ukrainian-based bloke with a Russian-sounding name, but they all count.
