The following offenses are punishable by the CWBCC:
1. Blatant insults directed at Dev League players, teams or coaching staff.
2. The posting of lewd sexual material.
3. Persistent baiting of Dev League players or coaching staff.
4. Excessive profanity.
5. Any other action determined by a panel comprised of the CW captains and the CWBCC to be bringing the game into disrepute.

Punishment will be dealt in the following way:
1. First time offense – 2 game suspension and warning.
2. Second time offense – 5 game suspension.
3. Third time offense – 10 game suspension.
Further offenses will be dealt with on a variable basis by the CWBCC.

Please note that concern over the matters of indiscipline in CW cricket have come from as high as the big man in CWLand, President James Nixon.

This list may be altered or updated, but it will be done with notification of the changes.

Any posts seen as potentially in violation of the Code, must be reported to the CWBCC with urgency.
