Tharmi do I qualify as an under 19 player? I can't remember what age I signed up as last year but I think it was under 19.

Since I've declared myself active for the Dev League, this means I will still be eligible for Under 19 selection does it not? I'd really like to continue with this team, see if I can prove myself.
