There's not much to choose from but I made sure to pick a player from each team, no matter how poor the stats were.

Ryan is in there due his outstanding season with the gloves.

Personally I voted for DeSilva, but that's to help the Division 2 ODers out. Their batting is pretty weak and without another good bat in there, they'll get blown away.

Before anyone asks, DeSilva didn't make the 13-man list of All Stars because it's a max of 4 per team in that team.
