Please note that the salary cap is to be adjusted slightly upward. Teams may, however, discuss terms with the players. As per last season, no player may be approached unless the first option club has passed.

The considerations:

1. Standard 4 point bursary to each team from CWBCC. Allows teams to comfortably sign their rookies from last season.
2. Prize winnings of 2 points for each of a title or trophy (CW Black 4, CW Blue 2, CW Red 2).
3. Remaining points from last season capped at 2 and roll over (CW Green 2, CW Colts 2, CW Red 1).

Re-assessed already. Armstrong would work out to a D, IIRC. But that would be unfair, given that he played about 30 games last season. So I've upgraded him to C.
