2 more points for NZ and a SF spot is essentially in the bag. I think they'll win on Sunday.

A NZ win virtually assures them a semi berth.

The WI looked like they'd given up in their last game. I wonder if they'll be up for this mentally?

I reckon unless WI find themselves in a dominant position early on in this game, they'll probably look like they did in the previous one. Probably the perfect time to drop Munro and bring in Nicholls.

All I ask for is a bowling performance with a bit of brainpower......

We can win obviously but I suspect it is 70/30 in New Zealand's favour.

Would be just like us though to smash a huge score and win comfortably when our tournament is basically over.

Confident NZ will win this one, just don’t see the Windies playing well enough for the full 50 overs. The problem with too many T20 specialists.

Should give Southee and Nichols a run at some stage. Latham needs time at the crease so he should play.

Not sure I’d rest Henry. He’d be wanting to erase the warm-up flogging.

I would like to see Blundell here. To his credit, whatever chances he has got since being selected, he has taken them. Wouldn't be surprised if he takes this one too if he plays.Wouldn't tinker with the bowling at all though...even though I really feel it is important to give Sodhi some game time.

With the number of big hitting left handers in the Windies top 6 I'd be wary of playing Sodhi. Wouldn't mind if Southee plays though.

Hope the Windies are switched on for this one, would be sad if they petered out after promising so much in the warmups and the Pakistan and Australia games.

If the pitch is decent and the early start doesn't effect things, I suspect our betting will be fine.

Our bowling has been completely oafish in the last 2 games. Today England have already bowled more length deliveries than we did against either Bangladesh or England. That just won't cut it and if they do it again we will experience more pain.

I'd like to see Roach in for Gabriel to add some common sense with the new ball.

im concerned about this one tbh. they did thrash us for 400 in the warm up.
I'm not, it's only 1 in every 5 games or so that the Windies actually play for the full 50 overs. Can't see it happening again (like in that warm-up), provided NZ are anywhere close to their best.

I'm not. Things happened in that warmup that wouldn't happen in real game. If we can't beat the WI then we don't deserve to make the semis.

Haha Beamers, you've come around. I agree Roach would be a good option.
? You were right on that one! I don't care if it's not 145kph just put the damn thing on a good length more than once per innings please!

Not sure that's fair. The nature of our lineup is that if all clicks on the same day it's basically unstoppable. If that happens then the opposition should be realistic and say fair enough. You'd probably still make the semis by being far more consistent than us anyway.

It doesn't feel like tomorrow will be one of our on it days but I really hope it is to keep this tournament alive.
