Nah. 51* off 23 balls v England A when the top order had already put on 270 and made things easy for him. Highest score in OD is 95.

To rephrase: there were plenty of players in the A squad that could have been selected in the 25 (see Bennett). However, someone had to make the cut, and in this case the specialist batsman with a career OD average of 33 was among them.
