Will we be playing those guys? Man that's a strong team, Tremlett, Joyce, Cook and Plunkett in particular.
Some of those guys will probably getting cheap wickets and runs against Sri Lanka.

Looks like a good tour, good to get to play for the Colts in the Dev League off-season.

England 'A' team to tour CWLand

Vikram Solanki will lead a large 17-man party to Cricket Web Land for the upcoming series against Cricket Web 'A'.

    England 'A' squad:
VS Solanki (Captain), RWT Key, AN Cook, OA Shah, EC Joyce, JWM Dalrymple, RS Bopara, AGR Loudon, R Clarke, GJ Batty, CMW Read (wk), JM Anderson, CT Tremlett, SI Mahmood, LE Plunkett, AG Wharf, Kabir Ali.
Sreesanth said, "Next ball he was beaten and I said, 'is this the King Charles Lara? Who is this impostor, moving around nervously? I should have kept my mouth shut for the next ball - mind you, it was a length ball - Lara just pulled it over the church beyond the boundary! He is a true legend."

I'd love to think so, but there's a few openers around that have been in good form that have been around much longer. Either way I'm happy.

Even though the England A play against the CW Dev League teams, and the U/19 side?

Well I'd play a couple of Black games, but the u-19 game is OD and I haven't been much of a performer in the OD's. I actually completely forgot about the games against Dev League teams

If the selectors go for youth, i would be surprised if your not in the A Sqaud, IMO your the 2nd best young opener behind Thamba and he probably would be playing Tests.

I wonder if the Under-19 Selectors are still looking for OD players, rather than the whole package. That aside, looks a great series, I for one, will be hoping for a call-up to the Red Squad to face the English. As Eric said above, good chance for everyone to show some stuff and hopefully get into international reckoning.
