Brave selections. I'm delighted to be picked again - hopefully we can continue our fine touring form from Sri Lanka. I hear the bookies are offering lower odds on the whitewash this time around.

Very proud to be called up to the touring squad for the tour, hopefully the one week training camp will be able to raise spirits a bit after being belted to all part of Australia in recent times. :D

Well I have to say I'm relieved to be in, because I've been crap for 2 seasons now. Still, I did well in my last Test series I suppose.

Well done to all selected. :)

Very pleased to be selected in the test squad to tour the West Indies. Will be great to get away from the depressing weather in Tasmania and get to experience the Carribean. Congratulations to all my other team-mates selected and may we have an enjoyable and successful tour.

Congrats to all the guys for getting selected, looking forward to putting another series win under our belts. It would be a crying shame to not win 2-0, so I'll be giving it my all.

Strong squad. Mamesh was a huge force for CW A, and definately deserves a go at the top level, even if Pete is unlucky to be left out.

I'm looking forward to seeing the ODI squad as well.

The following players will return to CWLand following the completion of the Test series in the West Indies:

T Mamesh
AP Cloete
DM Kennett
KS Wright
NS Pickup
H Moerk

The following players will join the party for the ODI series:

LA Camps
MW DeSilva - uncapped
DJ Watt
XPA Rose
I Markus
NL Patrick - uncapped
AP Chaulk

Special consideration was given to the following players:

SE Fuller
- The CWBCC requests that you pay special attention to your bowling and attempt to improve it significantly over the course of Season X. You are still in good contention for the upcoming World Cup, but as implied, your bowling is not quite where we would like it to be.

DP Towns
- Don't be disheartened. We have not forgotten about you. We expect that you will return to the Dev League and score heavy runs as you did last season, thus keeping yourself in firm contention for a World Cup spot. The Board believes that you will be better served playing regular Dev cricket than fighting for opportunities in a 3-match ODI series at this stage.

These ODI specialists are asked to join the Test squad at the training camp at the CWBCC Stadium, leaving their offseason clubs at the nearest possible venture.
