One of the best teams in the world, against a team with 1 series win in 8 seasons...

JM Anderson
AGR Loudon
CT Tremlett

The ODI squad:

The schedule is due to be confirmed and announced shortly, with the tour tentatively to begin on the 29th of September with a Tour Match.

The CWBCC realizes it will be a very important tour and would be a sell out no doubt.. we expect good things from this tour.. and it would no doubt be a tough contest !..

Yes i think AGR Loudon and LE Plunkett are the ones to watch, wait who the f**k are they?

Looks a strong squad even though they have few a no names i've never heard, should be a big challenge for the boys after their convencing wins over Sri Lanka.

Should be a great series.....it will also allow CW to show the cricketing world that the series win over Sri Lanka was no fluke. Go out there and give them hell!

They were picked on the tour to Pakistan. Plunkett is a seamer, and Loudon is an off-spinner who can bat quite well and apparently has a doosra.

Should be an interesting tour, hopefully we can put up some good performances!

More along the lines of:

"Was that a doosra just now?"

"Yeah, it might have been"

"ENGLAND SPINNER BOWLS DOOSRA!!!"

Oh well, we'll just have to try to carry that momentum. It should be a very good tour, I'm hoping it goes down to the fifth Test - unless we swamp them 3-0 in the first three Tests, of course, I'll have that too. :D

This is going to be a real test of our improvements - we did well against SL, but England are a real step up on current form.

Do we have someone in the team who can take Flintoff out for the night before the 1st Test and convince him that he's just won the Ashes that day?!

Wow, up against England, the Ashes winners.

It won't be easy but with the likes of Cloete, Hakon, Marc, Neil, Kyle, Goffy and many more, I'm sure we'll run them close.

I'll take him out and convince him I've won him as a prize.
