Draft Trials- Game 2 of 4

Extra time was needed to seperate the two teams of Trialists. One team was left to rue not taking advantage of their superior possession and shots.

Cheers. Was a fine performance by the youngsters.

On a seperate note, Im happy to see the results and the sim behaving a little more realistically after the changes have been made. Hopefully it will continue.

EDIT- Just a reminder that the only way to see Trialist stats before the draft is in the match reports.

Draft Trials- Game 3 of 4

CW U'19s dominated possession but could they make it pay against the Green Team Trialists?

Some good signs from the Furys U-19 players

Also looks like there'll be some good players in the draft

Draft Trials- Game 4 of 4

It was the last chance for the players from Red and Green to impress before the draft and work on securing a valued CW Football contract.

With all the draft trial games completed the draft is now open.

There is no rush to get selections in. I want adequate time for captains and any other interested players to review their options

Draft Round 1
1. Dynamo
2. Power
3. United
4. Swell
5. Fury

Draft Round 2
1. United
2. Power
3. Swell
4. Dynamo
5. Fury

Draft Round 3
1. Fury
2. Swell
3. United
4. Power
5. Dynamo

- Rosters updated in Team threads

- Players highlighted in blue in the first post of this thread can only be selected in the 1st round

- Stallions to pick first

- A captain can email their preferences for each round to CWFootball@cricketmail.net or post their choice during their turn to pick in this thread

Changed 'Stallions' to 'Dynamo' in the draft. Maybe he'll notice it now.

EDIT: I've linked to this thread from the Dynamo thread, however if Bugs doesn't show up within whatever deadline there might be (give him at least 24 hours) then I'll agree with Rai's suggestion that we go for Rodney Jack.
