Yeah, but any team can deline and risk waiting for a player moresuited to their needs cant they? No point being forced to take a players and dropping down the order if you cant use them

Now lets say for the sake of argument that Speirz doesnt confirm. Does that mean they have lost their pick (or anyone else in a similar hypothetical situation) or do they get to pick again?

TBH, Id back the former but Im not tied to that choice.

If i've been keeping up with the Dev League correctly, the former is the case for CWXI and lets face it, CWXI has basically set a good lot of sensible rules in place for this sort of thing.

During the season players don't confirm they want to sign up to the club in CWXI, they just get allocated clubs. That only happens in the off season.
