    Week 19: Belgrade, Estoril, Munich, Ramat HaSharon

    For Week 19 please pick one of the following:
    Belgrade, Serbia (PTA 250)
    Estoril, Portugal (PTA 250)
    Munich, Germany (PTA 250)
    Challenger

    I can't guarantee how many Challengers there'll be, so anyone who wants to do one of them will go where I put them.
