RTDAS
Name: Jean-Paul Valley (Canadian)
Nationality: Canadian
Date of birth: 25 Dec, 1985
Right or left-handed: Right
Signature court (pick ONE): Grass
Short biography of person and style:

Perhaps the most perplexing tennis player on the circuit, this young Canadian has become something of a cult figure in recent times due to his distinct wobble. His efforts in trying to cultivate a 'hard boy' image in the sporting world have gone largely unrewarded, partly because of his extreme stutter and partly because of his ginger hair and freckles. His lack of personal hygiene tends to throw many off, and he can often be seen sneaking in a burger or two in between sets.

International Regular
Name: Alex de Wet
Nationality: Zimbabwean
Date of birth: 12/08/86
Right or left-handed: left
Signature court (pick ONE): Grass

Short biography of person and style: An aggressively confident, brash Zimbabwean given to fits of rage and rants against other players in the media. Learned to play at the local district sports club in Matabeleland, but now based in Vermont, USA. Named 2nd most disliked man on the tour by Tennis Pro magazine, August 2008. Expelled from Cape Town tournament for threatening to punch a line judge. Checkered disciplinary record clouds his evident talent, and as a dedicated serve-and-volley man is something of a dying breed. Has yet to win any full tour event.

Name: Joe Walker
Nationality: Australian
Date of birth: 11/08/1987
Right or left-handed: Right
Signature court (pick ONE):Hard

Short biography of person and style:
Walker is a hard court specialist, he always wanted to be a tennis player from his childhood days. He is a serve-volley specialist, has got a very strong backhand and is tremendously quick across the court, Walker is young and has a thing for dating the hottest women tennis players and driving fast cars, he is also a dynamite on court and is very very aggressive by nature, Walker has been warned and suspended a lot of times for cursing at fellow players and umpires. Experts believe he can be one of the best ever, if he gives up his wild ways and concentrates solely on his tennis.

Still accepting signups? Wouldn't mind getting in on this.

Name: Sven "Sven" Svensson
Nationality: Swedish
Date of birth: 06/10/1985
Right or left-handed: Left
Signature court (pick ONE): Hard

Short biography of person and style:
Known to his friends as "Sven", Sven gave up potentially lucrative careers in black metal and hardcore pornography to persue his dream of becoming a player of the tennis, ja. His powerful serve and volley playstyle has made him a hard court specialist, and his endurance over long matches and never-say-die attitude have earned him the nickname "Sven", from fans and rivals alike. Tough to miss in a crowd, the arrival of Sven's imposing 6'6 frame often draws the remark "oh look, it's Sven".

U19 12th Man
Name: Yngve "OSW" Fjermestad
Nationality: Norwegian
Date of Birth: 04/04/1990
Right Handed
Sig Court: Clay
Bio:
Not a fan favourite he gave himself the nickname "One Shot Wonder" due to his amazing serve, fans use the abbreviation as well but it usually ends with "Wanker". He shows a technique that is absolutely brilliant but doesn't have the strength in the backhand he needs, or the full co-ordination for volleys. While competent his full straight lies in his serves and slams which he often makes unplayable. His notoriety comes from an event in Olso where after he lost he raged and started serving balls into the crowd, severely injuring a group of school children and a nun

If its not too late i'll be sticking in a player

Name: Laurence Trumper-Smith
Nationality: British
Date of Birth: 14/09/1987
Left Handed
Sig Court: Grass
Bio:
One brit who wont be getting the fans backing at Wimbledon, Trumper-Smith (Lord Trumper-Smith to you) is everything those commoners wish they were, young, good looking, talented, and rich. Choose to be a professional sportsman after pulling that choice out of a 1st years rectum during Etons career advice class, Trumper-Smith ended up pursuing tennis when his polo horse married the Prince of Wales. Hasnt quite got the best serve on the tour now he's been banned from getting his servent to throw the ball up for the serve (whats a young boy for if not for tossing, he is rumoured to have protested), his calm, almost arrogant demeanour on court usually sees him through to the end. His stamina over 5 sets is legendary, though protests about him using a horse drawn carridge to change ends may soon change that.

Fake players to be done later, need to go to work now :)

If it's not too late.

Name: Jarko Maxum
Nationality: Australian
Date of birth: 28/6/1986
Right or left-handed: Right
Signature court Clay
Short biography of person and style:
Jarko was born in estonia but moved to Australia when he was 2, as his parents moved for work. He has embraced the Australian way and in turn has been embraced by the Australian fans. A workaholic you will see Jarko chase everything, often leading to overuse injuries and missing tournaments. A solid serve and a mean ability to spin the ball any direction he wants makes him extremly formiddable on the clay surface.

OK cool. For the meantime, these will be the last signups I'll accept as 27 (probably lower with some of the inactives) is about as much as I can handle.

Opening sign ups up again because we're probably a few short of what we want. Please, if you are going to sign up make sure you are gonna stick around because I don't want to waste my time with more guys who show up once or twice at the start and then never again. You aren't committing to much - just showing up every so often and maybe the odd press release. The more involved you are, the more enjoyable it'll be for you. :)

Global Moderator
Name: Scotland Rivers
Date of birth: 19/5/1987
Right or left-handed: Right
Signature court (pick ONE): Hard
Short biography of person and style: Born in the Isle of Man, Scotland migrated to Hong Kong as a 3 year old boy, and lived there ever since. He chose not to take up Chinese citizenship, despite utilizing the facilities of the Chinese government. He has since been banned from competing in the People's Republic ever again.

A keen serve volleyer, whose strengths include his slice backhand and backhand smash, Scotland was never a highly ranked junior, and spent much of his time playing doubles in the Boys' tournaments. However, a strict fitness regime has seen the power of his strokes increase a little, to compliment his always impressive touch.

Global Moderator
Name: Daniel LeRusso
Date of Birth: 8/8/1988
Handedness: Right
Signature court: Hard
Biog:
Danny was born in Newark, but now lives in Los Angeles. He made the unusual jump from competitive martial arts to professional tennis after his dying master, Miyagi-san, asked him to demonstrate his Kara Te skills to the world via the avenue of professional sport. Danny is undersized and often gets bullied by bigger competitors in the dressing room, but the hazing stops when they witness his tough competitive determination - his balance and conditioning help him to keep chasing down unlikely balls all day. Likes to get to the net where his 'wax-on, wax off' volley technique makes him nigh on impossible to pass. His "crane-style" smash is also a highlight.
