Communication fail from me and Daemon. Was about to post a guy when I saw he got in just before me.

Decent pick. Better than mine.

Could someone update the draft thread OP, please. Makes it much easier to see if the player you want has been picked.

Has anyone drafted two wicketkeepers? My original plan was to go with one and see who was available late in the draft. Changing my mind now, I must grab a backup keeper as one in the squad is a massive risk.

Last season I lost Pothas for a couple games and I was lucky to have Umar Akmal as a part time keeper.

Oh, drafted a keeper as well. Was unsure of whether to pick a batsman or get the backup keeper out of the way early but figured the batsmen I want would still be available later on anyway,

Question for PEWS: How did you determine who is a part-time keeper in your database? A good example is Michael Hussey. He is not listed as a keeper on Cricinfo, he has never made a stumping in any format, however we both know he has kept at state level and would be first choice to keep if Wade collapsed halfway through the current Test.

Not a big issue. My guess, you have used your judgement.

I have two at the moment - intentionally picked the best batsman of the available 'keepers I could think of so he could serve as batting cover as well.

Only having one is quite a risk, having a decent part-timer or second specialist is necessary IMO.

I've drafted two. Pathiv Patel (first choice) and Heino Kuhn who will also act as a backup opener. I figured it was too risky only have 2 openers (and one could argue that Rudolph isn't even an opener 8|) in the squad, and only 1 keeper so went for the best remaining keeper who opened.

I've got Sarfraz to start with the gloves and then if he goes down I'll give them to McCullum which invariably means he'll go down injured too. May need a third :p

I swear I saw him in the retained list right at the start. Actually had him above Vilas on my WK hit list, but thought he wasn't available.

Really should learn to read properly then..

Pretty good pick for R14.

Wish I'd known that before I picked my second. Would have been keen for an extortive trade for one.
I'm sure someone will want two keepers who's only got one at the moment. I'd be surprised if I couldn't get a trade slightly in my favour for one of Rahim, Boucher and Kartik.
