Is it 'pick#/17' and rounded to find the Round number they're effectively retained in, or...?
Think he's got records of which round everyone was drafted in.
Eds is effectively right. Philander was originally picked in round 6 but due to their being another team this season he has effectively been retained in round 5.
Round 1 = 1-17
Round 2 = 18-34
Round 3 = 35-51
Round 4 = 52-68
Round 5 = 69-85

Trusting Spark's chart on the other page, I'd assumed Swann was for round 2. >.>
