3 Hours Downtime

Hey James

Cricket Web had some major downtime today... was gone for what is it now 1:15am has to be at least 3 hours.

What's worries me more was the hosting company site was also down so had no way of finding out what was going on, oh well it's up now :)

Logged a call with our host and got this reply:

The server was rebooted 6.25 hours ago however Apache was only down for approximately 20 minutes prior to the reboot. Apache was failing to restart due to being "unable to bind to port 443 for SSL serving" which is why the server was rebooted.
