The Season One Draft is now completed.

Attached is an Excel file, entitled "Draft Sheet", which contains full player data and draft information. It is advised captains use this as a draft aid - as it makes it very simple to sort players according to characteristics, and allows you to keep track of the progress of the draft.

Exempt from being drafted are the team captains - J Howe, S Delev and JD Hurricane; and their deputies - P Spark, A Sharma and DB Wayne.

Teams are free to draft any player remaining in the player pool, at any time. Teams may also pass on any round of the draft, if they do not wish to make a selection.

Each squad must contain a minimum of 12 players, and a maximum of 15 players. Each squad must contain at least one wicket-keeper.

Players unhappy with where they have been drafted may contact the admin, and we will seek to find a compromise at the conclusion of the draft.

The draft window is now CLOSED.

I don't have one prepared. Suggest you use the sign-up thread in the interim, I'll put one together when I have a few minutes spare.

What's with the draft order? Johnners gets first pick out of every 3 players and then has an extra pick on top of that?

A reversing order would be fairer -

e.g.

Johnners
Hurricane
Howe

Howe
Hurricane
Johnners

Johnners
Hurricane
Howe

Howe
Hurricane
Johnners

etc

Agree with Howe. That draft order needs to change.

Just picked 2 players IMO Howe so we can get it done (don't think DJ would oppose if we agreed to it)

He has been playing in the warm up games - but I am not sure he should be eligible for drafting. I don't want to pass him over myself until this is clarified.
