How do you propose the initial teams will be selected?

There are two possibilities - as it is, I have balanced the sides so that all have relatively equal batting and bowling stocks. However last night it occured to me that we could have all players start as Free-Agents, and conduct a draft. I suppose this would mean that team captains would be selected, whom then draft and fill their squad.

Have been constantly testing and re-testing the databases to fine-tune things, so this would be very simple. I'll plot some sort of pre-season carnival and launch this ASAP to keep up the activity - thanks for the idea.
