TMS ended because the person who ran it stopped doing it, not because of legal issues. If it was illegal they wouldn't have done it for four years. The name was bought by The Cricketer, so it couldn't be independently revived. GC is a successor run by some of the same people but it's a different business.
What if all the switches get stuck on 'destroy'?

You need rights to do commentary from the ground. There is no law against broadcasting commentary on what you're watching on Sky. It's the legal equivalent of broadcasting yourself talking about Game of Thrones while it's live - so long as you're not actually broadcasting someone else's content you're kosher.

As for the technical side the easiest thing to do would probably to set up a show on Twitch or Mixlr.

    This makes sense. Fair enough.

A great idea if people are up for it.

I'd like to be fairly certain that what Pratters is saying wouldn't cause us any issues though.

Also, it would be preferred if I could create a page on CW for this so it helps to drive traffic and more membership across our various features.

Another option guys is whether we consider going down this route again - CricketWeb Round Table #1 (With Audio) This was nearly 10 years ago now, but it very well done at the time and I'm sure would be well received.

Round Table was a great idea. I think I was signed up on an exclusive deal to do No. 2 but my screen test led to the whole think being scrapped
    You know it makes sense.

We could do youtube type stuff too where we analyse games or whatever. Youtube channels are huge things these days and if ours got big enough then the advertising/promos we could do would bring James sexy, sexy cold hard cash.

I'd love to have a crack at this, it would be a blast. It's a great idea if we can get it going.
