Canterbury Gains Test Status

Due to everybody hating them, Canterbury have been kicked out of NZ and have started their own nation. They have also gained test status, whilst the rest of NZ has gone and played Rugby. Originally Canterbury were going to play rugby too, but then all the rugby players went to France.

Rules: Only Canterbury players or players from other provincial sides that move to Canterbury can earn selection. Youth players that debut after 2006 that have no province under their name are also elligible.

I'll skip through the CB series because I'm bored of it, will probably begin at the first test match I come to.

Might do this for other provinces as well. Using Canterbury because they have Fulton, and he's gun on ICC.
