hi guys i just got some new keeping gloves for christmas and they were really stiff. i was just wondering apart from throwing balls into them how can i loosen them up.

Best way of doing it is to bend and roll them, particularly across the palm and the catching area so you build up the flexibility.

Keep doing this until you can't feel the folds of the palms through your inners when you're in your crouch.
