can't get online, why?

guys, i need some help. it's been a few weeks since i got back online and i went to go online earlier tonite and was told i had a patch to download from the server.

Anyways, i went to download the patch and it would get about 60% and then end. after that i would go to go online and nothing. everything stopped.

Has anything changed since going online late December. Please help me!

patch went through ok. now that i have a new pc it told me to reenter the network code and password. did that then it came up saying network code already registered and wont let back online. what do i do?

pleassssseeeee help me.
