In Coaching, what's the difference between Batting Practice and Batting Technique (and also their bowling counterparts?)

When you're finished laughing, could I trouble you to answer it?

I think practise is more of an immediate, form thing. Whereas batting technique is more effective in the long term in improving their actual batting ability. I could be wrong though.

Spot on James. Technique becomes less effective as the player grows older.
