Cricketer Of The Year
Looking through the files in the ICC folder, I can only see one first name file, f_eng.lst which I assume only applies for Australia, England and South Africa.

Is there anyway to make these apply for New Zealand, and also is there any way to make a new one for India, Pakistan, Windies, Sri Lanka etc.?

Actually f_eng.lst is South Africa as well like you said, I was thinking of surnames for some reason. I assume NZ uses i_.lst for their first names? Try edit the last 26 lines on the f_eng.lst also as New Zealand might use that as well
