Runtime Error!

Whenever i try to load my game with the lancs, which ive been playing for some time now, i get a runtime error, the little error screen says that runtime told the program to close weirdly. Screenshot attached below, has anybody else encoutnered this problem, and does anyone know how to fix it?

Copy and paste the Lancashire file to your desktop. Uninstall the game. Reinstall the game. Copy and paste the Lancashire file from your desktop to the ICC directory. Get playing.

True, it happened to me recently when my computer crashed, but I've gone back to playing FM so I haven't even attempted to solve it yet.
