Can anyone make changes in the fixtures ?
The World Cup come once only in the whole career
And also can anyone make new scenarios ???
Adding ICC Champions Trophy in the Scenarios or add it in the season.

You can't do it using Magpie, you could try decompiling and editing the fixture file, but I think Neil may have already tried but been unsuccessful.
