need help about brian lara cricket

i recentlly purchased brian lara 1999 and 2000 ......both are installed but not running properly
It stuck after the toss decesion .
but when playing with practice mode everything goes okay

anyone know the problem ?

There was no such thing as Brian Lara 2000.But some people in PAKISTAN changed the player names in BLC 99,called it blc 2000 and gave it free to everyone who bought the original game(both were in one disc).For fixing your problem,first start the worldcup and proceed(continue) until u hear music(but don't play any match).after hearing the music,quit the worldcup and u would be able to play the friendly match.Do tell me whether it worked or not.Also keep in mind that this forum is to discuss BLC 2K5 ONLY
