Erm, the competition is on the official codemasters forum for BLIC and has been posted on Planetcricket so as many people as possible can try and enter. There's no 'giving people competitions' involved.
As for Fact of the Day, RubberGenius doesn't post them at weekends (which is completely fair enough) and has been doing an excellent job of posting them regularly and answering questions.
As such I'm failing to see the point of this thread...
