I wouldn't put Flintoff in the ODI player, he's hardly played a full part. His two centuries were great, but he's not bowled much. I'm not sure about Edwards in the emergin player of the year either. Personally, I'd go for jacob oram

However, I think Flintoff has been the best player for the past 12 months in Test Cricket, going back to his 95 V SA (inc. a 10th wicket partnership of 99 with Steve Harmison - Harmy finished on 3*) right through to his 167 and 3-26 against the Windies. It also includes a slow unbeaten hundred to fight out a draw with Windies in Antigua, proving he can bat long innings if required.

I'd say Flintoff is more of a chance in ODI than Tests personally.
marc71178 - President and founding member of AAAS - we don't only appreciate when he does well, but also when he's not quite so good!

With the exception of Flintoff in the ODI player of the year, steds is probably spot on. England have improved a lot this year and many of their players deserve some credit (finally).

The color of immortality, nature and envy - you are truly a unique person. While clearly the color of nature, you also symbolize rebirth, fertility and hope in the world. On the other side of the spectrum, a natural aptitude to money with green coming to signify money and possibly even *********!

I'm not sure that ODI player list is long enough.

Abdur Razzaq? What on earth were they smoking? And Warne doesn't get in the Test list (although that's probably reasonable...they don't want a player with his reputation winning it)

    Oh well...
    Emerging Player: Devon Smith
    ODI Player: Stephen Fleming
    Test Player: Jacques Kallis
Cricketer of the Year: Rahul Dravid
