That Railways attack is not that great, except for Karthik, JP Yadav and Bangar. Mumbai is a formidable Ranji team, though.

Harvinder is a good bowler too in domestic cricket and has played for India before. Harvinder, Yadav , Bangar , Karthik and Parida . I can't think of any other team other than Mumbai with a better bowling attack than Railways.

Sridharan Sriram has played like a professional- good running between wickets, good shot selection...the Indian main team batsmen could learn a few tricks from the veteran.

No point rushing Dhoni in so quickly. His batting resembles that of Balaji more than that of a top-6 batsman. Besides, there already is Dinesh Karthik (the old name was better).
