Fast Bowler Survivor Round of 32 and Preliminary Finals

In contrast to the Group stages and the Round of 64, the Round of 32 and Quarter finals will be groups of four bowlers. The format for the quarters will change slightly as well.

In the Round of 32, we will be ranking 8 groups of 4 bowlers in order from best to worst (however you define that).

In the Preliminary finals, we will be ranking 4 groups of 4 bowlers and then ranking the same bowlers again, this time in different groups. These rankings will be combined to determine the top 8 fast bowlers of all time, who will progress to the quarter finals.

    Round of 32

You have roughly 48 hours to rank each of these two groups from best to worst. The top two will progress to the preliminary finals. The bottom two will be eliminated. Choose wisely.

Some clear use of the 'not rating a bowler I haven't seen' strategy.
