Doubt Khawaja would open, Street has shown a fair bit of promise a specialist opener, I would keep him up top myself

Burns
Street
Khawaja
Labuschagne
Heazlett
Wildermuth
Pierson
Neser
The Fraud
Swepson
Steketee

With the long lost third Edwards brother McSweeney to carry drinks

Labu batting at 4 for Queensland when he bats 3 for Aus would be a bit interesting

It definitely makes sense given the squad they have but still

SACA squad

Weatherald
Hunt
Ferguson
Head
Cooper
Bosisto
Nielsen
Mennie
Winter
Sayers
Agar
Worrall
(One of the quicks to be 12th man)

All in all about what I expected. Looks like they are planning to give Bosisto a solid run at it, fair enough as he has been bossing it in grade and had a good game in his debut for the Shield team. Just don't toss him the ball. Fast bowling a tricky choice, could play any combination of four of those five and it would still be a decent attack.

Haven't lost a game this decade

On the Renshaw dropping I think it makes sense when you look at this side as you wouldn't pick him ahead of the other five specialist bats at the moment, but I think including McSweeney in the squad ahead of him is pretty weird.

I reckon he's a better marginally bowler than Cooper and Head so he'll probably get a fair roll of the arm unless the quicks roll the opposition. Needs more Tom Andrews.

Didn't realize #Bertmentum was playing for the NSW XI vs the England Lions this arvo at Drummoyne. Might try to get down there after work.

I think I was actually going to go to this with Dan but we didn't follow up on it. I expected it to be washed out the last time I checked.

He kept in the Lions dig as well, it seems.

Am going to head over after I get across to Harrolds - their suit sale starts tomorrow (this afternoon for selected clientele), and I have a substantial gift card to spend from a grateful workplace which I received upon my 50th last year.
