Hasn't got the campest squeaky voice in history either. He has shots that Bradman didn’t.
If he was doing bit more with the ball, yes. Probably closer to Kapil Dev as things stand.I'm serious, this has to put him with Miller and Botham. Guy has as much x factor as anyone's ever had. So yes.
Yeah, no doubt about the X factorHe did take 3 wickets and was bowled into the ground in the second dig. Leaks run and bowls boundary balls but steps up when required. Has his flaws, of course but I'm talking about the X factor.
Is he as good as Rahane?Good enough batsman to be averaging 40 IMO.
Perhaps not, but he is perhaps better than De Grandhomme with the bat.Is he as good as Rahane?
Really overrating Bopara there! The depth in allrounders is probably the best since the big 4 of the 80s (plus Rice and Procter) - Shakib, Holder, Stokes, the 2 Ravis and CDG. All are special in their own way.
He's played the same amount of tests as Miller now. I'd put him under Miller as Miller was his equal with the bat, arguably better, and Miller was a significantly, unarguably, better bowler than Stokes.I'm serious, this has to put him with Miller and Botham. Guy has as much x factor as anyone's ever had. So yes.
pfft, like that's possible to do.Really overrating Bopara there!
