Cricket Scoring Question

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get hold of a printable scorecard that I can use to record the score of a 4 day match on?
What I require is a matrixs like the ones found in a normal scorebook,
Hope someone can send me a link to a website or help,

Well the 2nd has 2 small of text and I dont know how to score in this so can anyone help, I am trying to learn how to keep score of my team and I will post them on the forums

The number of overs column isnt long enough,
I need to be able to score at least 20 overs,
