Despite the great start they are still below the required run rate. The only way I can see West Indies winning this is for Gayle to get 150+ and Hetmeyer and/or Holder to make substantial contributions.

Interesting because I actually think that's holders best position in odi's. He's a proper batsman technically I don't seem him as someone who just comes in and tees off.
