Masakadza is missing a trick by not bowling out Chatara here. Anything above 150 may not be a straight-forward chase.

50 partnership - and I'm starting to think Zimbabwe aren't going to register only their third win against their neighbours (and the first since Feb 2000), Shame, would have loved to see them chasing 130. But 200 is starting to look on now.

What were the odds on Steyn being the top scorer? :D

The score's starting to look like it could be defendable, although South Africa are a little light in the bowling department because of Mulder's absence, and are going to have to rely on the part-timers not to give it away.

So glad Miyagi isn't here to witness this glorious exhibition of #BatDeep. Lower order troll runs truly are invaluable.

Has the pitch eased?
Slightly softer ball, less stupid shots and a little bit of luck..... DRS against Andile could have made a difference.

Steyn trying to put his name in the all-rounder box? Ate his Pronutro this morning....

Fun stat: The amount of runs Steyn scored in his first 116 ODIs is only 4.9 times of the runs he scored in his 117th.

199 to get then … obvs Zimbabwe would have settled for that at the start of the day - Masakadza was talking in terms of keeping them to around 260 - but it feels like an opportunity missed. They need to bat a lot better than they did the other day.

Don't think QDK, Amla, Faf or Miller are having any restless nights watching this lot so far.

Morris might. He's maybe not such a contender for an allrounder spot after Steyn's innings.
Even after this knock, I don't think Steyn should bat above Rabada. Morris is a much better hitter than both - incomparable really. If Steyn plays, that will be due to his bowling.
