I only realised about a day or so ago that you can sort players alphabetically on cricinfo. Could have made this a hell of a lot easier from the get-go! Massive holes in the rules aside, glad to see everyone get some pretty good teams. Who would have thought so many cricketers' names end in the letter E?

Interesting to see Inver get the captaincy over the Doc, Michael.
I might suggest a re-run of this at some point, but with two rule changes:
1) (to make it tactically different) Each pick must start with the last letter of that picker's previous pick.
2) (to avoid the "name" issues) The relevant name is the one by which the player is sorted on the Cricinfo lists (so "Imran Khan Niazi" is an I to start, an N to end, not the other way round).
