Draft: "We're not #1"

AndrewB

International Vice-Captain
Following on from the "best in the world title belt history" thread, how about a draft in which all players who've ever been ranked #1 (at batting or bowling*) in the official ICC player rankings are excluded?

*Not sure whether #1 all-rounders should also be excluded - any views?

I'll join. Any chance you could provide a list of banned players? And I think excluding #1 all-rounders wouldn't hurt either.

In.

I would've been in favor of not excluding top ranked all rounders. But anyway.

Instinctively I wanted them excluded, but having a look at the actual list I think I want them in. Include.

As usual, random draw for the odd rounds; each even round follows the reverse order of the preceding round.

12 hours per pick, but no time-outs in the first 24 hours (that is, before 23:10 GMT on Feb 12th) so everyone gets a chance to notice the draft has started
(So Teuton gets 24 hours for his first pick; if he picks quickly, Himannv will get more than 12 hours, etc.)

Out of curiosity - how did you filter out the ineligible players mate? Is there a way to search for this online?
