Noticed that. Was actually a really good Test bowler for a year or two before his major injury in the mid-2000s was Franko.

Then became a batting-allrounder and dropped 10-15 kms of pace.

Was he really though? I saw him on a couple of tours around the early 00s and he was nowhere near Test standard

70 odd wickets at 27 pre-injury. i mean he's not the west indians reborn like the current australian pace attack as cw would have us believe, but he was ok
