You say the all-rounder can be anybody, does that mean you could pick a 6th specialist batsman who never bowled?
Or alternatively you could pick an all-rounder as a low-averaging "batsman" and two batsman with 50+ averages who never bowled with one of them masquerading as an "all-rounder"?
Maybe I should add a rule that the batting average has to be higher than the bowling average

that would still allow some sneaky choices mind you which is why I didn't have that in place. I want 6 or 7 to be just All rounders but i dunno a rule to make that enforcable hah

My whole strategy has been let out there...

More wickets taken than Tests played?

Figuring out the rules here reminds me of trying to travel to Aus/NZ

We have 11, I'd like 12 but I'll start tonight regardless

And we're going with the more wickets than tests rule for the designated all rounder

But you can keep your selection of him a secret to the end

Would have been better to keep no criterion for AR. But your call finally.

This rule has given a massive advantage to the guys who got first 2 picks and grabbed Sobers and Kallis. Rest of us will be forced to pick bowling all-rounders and hence have only 1 player with 50+ batting average. Just saying.

Use the opportunity to pick a far better avg under 40 batsmen than them? You've got options trust me
