We should have a rule that if the next round order is not available, whoever is online can jump in and start picking. We penalize posters for not being online for their turn, you penalize the draft runner as well. There is no way these things will move fast enough otherwise.

I don't think we should penalise the draft runner. Apart from the first couple of days this has run reasonably quickly. And they were definitely not due to Mr Mr.
Anything that discourages some one from running a draft should be avoided imho....

Then I thought if you framed the exact same point by saying it's a way of 'moving the draft forward' instead of 'penalising the organiser' I would have agreed.
So now I don't even know my own opinion.
