I think this issue happens because sometimes the live scores feed is dodgy and doesn't update for periods of time. Might have to consider other sources.

I've noticed that the algorithm performs terribly at very late stages in the game. I probably have to handle the last few overs in a chase separately.

No real way to figure that it's a rain-affected match on the fly.
