Restraint on labor can only feasibly work/apply on players who have international career (or good domestic contract) in the long run. Is it even ethical to restrict a journeyman or T20 specialist (with no international interest for his country) to simply protect the international play?

2016 T20 World Cup was great, analyse what went right with this tournament and implement them in other global T20 tournaments.
