Australia need to beat Pakistan 3-0 and then go to India and beat them 3-0 to take back top spot. Until it doesn't happen, it COULD happen!

Unless you're a mad Indian fan, there's no doubt that this, in isolation, is a good result for the series.

It really makes you wonder how much of the thrashings we're seeing from teams touring overseas have to do with players just not having enough time to acclimatise/prepare/mentally psych themselves up for the tour, and how much is actually down to the skillsets.

I think it's a huge factor in long series because the scheduling is so relentlessly back to back that the players who are losing don't get the opportunity to properly regroup and mentally refresh themselves.
