Rashid bowled well last week and possibly took the Indians by surprise so they have shown him some respect today. The other two have been shown utter contempt.

Not really fair when the supposed expensive one has gone for 74 off 22 overs and the other pair for 90 off 21.

Surprised we will fit all the overs in given the amount of time wasted today. They didn't come out for the national anthems till less than 5 minutes before play was due to start so were late there then we had Shep running about for ages and Ansari spent a while counting them after his blow.

With a 5-man batting lineup, 230/3 still doesn't feel comfortable as a fan, even knowing our lower order has contributed well in recent times. All our batsmen need to get in the habit of making big 100s if we persist with this strategy.

He has. Think it is fairly obvious he had done more bowling in the nets coming into this game than he had after his injury last winter when he returned in South Africa. Looked good all day really.
