Dan Jamson

School Boy/Girl Captain
Obviously nowhere near being the greatest... but James Taylor did a cracking job for England under the lid for the short-time he played. Took a couple of stunners in Jo'burg.

Ian Bell is the best one England have had and Taylor had made such a great start there he may well have ended up being regarded as better. Beggars belief as to why Bell wasn't there all the time given how good he was in the position.

Boon is the best I have seen there, was exceptional.

Migara

Cricketer Of The Year
Obviously Boon. He was on another planet there.. No fear probably the main reason which I'm sure was a function of all the extra padding.
Eknath Solkar was the best ever. Hashan Tillekarathne was unbelievably good. Out performed Boon every time when SL,- AUS played together.

Tbf Tillers only got a catch every second or third test in those days. Boonie was getting three an over.

Cricketer Of The Year
That's as maybe.......but he was still an absolute gun in the position (and he's not a fat **** either)
