Sarfraz or Watling. Not a great depth of keepers at present and those two are just about the best and both can bat too.

It'd depend a bit on the nature of the team. If it was just a bit of a novelty once a year or something like I'd pick Watling because I'd be most comfortable picking someone who does regularly keep, but if the team was going to stick together and tour all year like a regular Test team I'd get de Villiers to do it.

Assuming we're talking Tests. I think it's close between Sarfraz, Watling, Nevill & de Kock. And I'd say that is a reasonable amount of depth about.

Yeah - I should have included Nevill despite the fact he hasn't set the world on fire with the bat yet. He certainly keeps well.

Between Watling, Bairstow and Chandimal for me. I'd probably go Bairstow if I had to pick now since he's in amazing batting form.

between watling, sarfraz and chandimal and it isn't close at all when it comes to them v the chasing pack.

overall i pick watling. safe gloves, has been involved in two world record partnerships and won a test match in england as a specialist batsman.

Reason for those two above the other 3 mentioned?
Actually Watling is quite close as well, just that Sarfraz and Chandimal have more experience keeping to good spinners. So, they are slightly above Watling for me. The others have more holes, either in their keeping skills or their batting accomplishments.

probably go with watling but because i like de kock i'll withhold my vote until the sa/nz tests and then bump this when nobody cares anymore

Whatever it takes!!!
In terms of performances so far and records, it is probably Watling but if I am allowed to pick the personal favorite, it would be Sarfraz.

Bairstow is the best batsmen who keeps in tests at the moment, but I'd take Sarfraz overall because a world XI would want a really good keeper given batting shouldn't be to much of an issue.
