That Perth 2016 one was particularly egregious. Had a chance to bat a Steyn-less SA out of the game on a pitch with no real demons, having bowled them out for a mediocre score, and made a great start. SA promptly went on to make 500.

Worst of the lot I'd say.

The biggest factor really is that it was at home, too. Pretty much every other team in the world has had away collapses up the wazoo too but home collapses are really unforgivable unless they were on a really hard deck. And that deck really wasn't.

It makes sense to do this, as bowling averages are vitalstatistix and hence need to be viewed in an appropriate context
